Terms of service
Last updated November 6, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of the Rovexis web application and this website, provided by ROVEXIS LLC (“Rovexis”, “we”, “us”), 4103 Industrial Ln, Broomfield, CO 80020. By creating an account or using the service on behalf of an organization (the “Customer”), you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
1. The service
Rovexis is business software for operations teams: work orders, scheduling, inventory, reorder requests, checklists, equipment maintenance, notes, reporting, roles and audit log. Features may change over time; we will not materially reduce the core functions of a Customer’s plan during its current term.
2. Accounts and users
- The Customer is responsible for the users it invites, their roles, and keeping sign-in credentials confidential.
- The Customer must give accurate account information and keep it current.
- Notify us promptly at contact@rovexisllc.com of any unauthorized use of an account.
3. Plans and order forms
Plans, the number of users and sites, the subscription term and the applicable charges are set out in the order form or proposal accepted by the Customer. If an order form conflicts with these terms, the order form prevails for that order. Unless the order form says otherwise, subscriptions renew for the same term unless either party gives notice before the end of the current term.
4. Acceptable use
The Customer and its users will not:
- Use the service in violation of law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to access accounts, data or systems they are not authorized to access.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the service, or upload malicious code.
- Resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties outside the Customer’s organization.
- Copy, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the service.
5. Customer data
The Customer owns the content it and its users enter into Rovexis (“Customer Data”). The Customer grants us the rights needed to host, process and display Customer Data solely to provide and support the service. We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy. The Customer may export lists to CSV at any time; after termination, we provide a complete export on request and then delete Customer Data within a reasonable period.
6. Our intellectual property
The service, software, design and documentation are owned by ROVEXIS LLC and its licensors. We grant the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription term for its internal business operations. Feedback may be used by us without obligation.
7. Availability and support
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, apart from planned maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control. Support is provided by email and phone on business days, Mountain Time (MT), as described on the support page.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these terms.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide the service in a professional manner consistent with its description. Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Rovexis is a record-keeping and planning tool: the Customer remains responsible for the work it performs, its safety procedures and its compliance obligations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Each party’s total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts paid or payable by the Customer for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to a party’s breach of confidentiality, the Customer’s breach of section 4, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as the Customer uses the service. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. We may suspend access immediately if needed to prevent harm to the service or other customers, and will tell the Customer why.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email or in the application, and apply from the next renewal unless the Customer agrees earlier.
