Every job,from requestto done.

Rovexis keeps work orders, crew schedules, stock, checklists and equipment maintenance on one route, so small teams that do physical work always know what is next, who has it, and what it needs.

One job · six stops

Follow work order WO-2214 from a call about a sticking dock door to a signed-off repair.

  1. Stop 01 · Request

Requests land in one queue, not five inboxes.

A customer call, a note from the floor, a recurring task: each becomes a work order with a location, a priority and the person who asked. Nothing is waiting in someone’s head.

    • Intake form for staff and site leads
    • Priority, due date and location on every order
    • Duplicates flagged before they are scheduled

  2. Stop 02 · Plan

The week is planned on one board everyone reads.

Drag work orders onto crews and days. Rovexis shows who is already booked, which jobs need a certified tech and which ones are waiting on parts before they reach the calendar.

    • Crew and shift calendar
    • Skills and certifications per person
    • Conflicts shown before you commit

  3. Stop 03 · Stock

Parts are reserved before the van leaves.

Inventory is counted by location: shelf, cage, vehicle or site. When a job needs parts, Rovexis reserves them, and when a bin runs low it drafts a reorder request for your supplier list.

    • Stock by shelf, vehicle and site
    • Low-stock thresholds per item
    • Reorder requests grouped by supplier

  4. Stop 04 · On site

The checklist travels with the person doing the work.

Your procedures become step-by-step checklists on any phone browser. Each step can ask for a reading, a photo or a sign-off, so the way the job was done is on record next to the job itself.

    • Checklists built from your own procedures
    • Photos, readings and sign-off per step
    • Notes and @mentions on the work order

  5. Stop 05 · Maintain

Equipment tells you when it is due, not when it breaks.

Keep a register of forklifts, compressors, vehicles and tools. Set service intervals by date or by hours, and Rovexis opens the preventive work order on time, with the right checklist attached.

    • Asset register with service history
    • Intervals by calendar or meter reading

  6. Stop 06 · Close

Closed jobs become a clear end-of-day picture.

When the last step is signed, the order closes and feeds the daily board: done, late, waiting, and where time was spent. Export any list to CSV when someone needs it in a spreadsheet.

Each module reads and writes the same work order, so the stock used, the checklist signed and the hours logged stay attached to the job they belong to.

Getting a team onto Rovexis.

We set it up with you. No migration project, no consultant army: your lists, your procedures, one site first.

  1. Step 1

    Bring your lists

Send us your current spreadsheets: equipment, stock, recurring jobs, team. We map them to Rovexis with you and import them by CSV.

  2. Step 2

Run one site for two weeks

Start with one location or one crew. Your procedures become checklists, your week goes on the board, and we adjust together.

  3. Step 3

    Open it to everyone

Add the other sites and people, set roles, and retire the side spreadsheets once the board is the place everyone checks.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Your data stays yours.

Every list can be exported to CSV at any time, and on request we hand over a full export when you leave.

  • People who build it answer.

Support requests are read by the Rovexis team, not a ticket robot. Write to us and a person replies.

  • Access is deliberate.

Roles decide who sees which sites and records. Changes are logged with the person and the time.

  • Change at your pace.

We help you start with one site and expand only when the first one runs on Rovexis day to day.
