This policy explains how ROVEXIS LLC (“Rovexis”, “we”, “us”), 4103 Industrial Ln, Broomfield, CO 80020, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, contact us, or use the Rovexis application.

1. Who is responsible

For information collected through this website and for account and contact information of our customers, ROVEXIS LLC decides how the information is used. For the operational records our customers enter into the Rovexis application (work orders, people, equipment, checklists), the customer decides what is entered and why, and we process that information on the customer’s behalf and under the customer’s instructions.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details you send us: name, work email, phone number, company name, team size and the content of your message.
• Account details: names, work emails and roles of the users an organization adds to Rovexis.
• Content entered in the application by customers and their users, such as work orders, checklists, photos, notes, equipment and stock records.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data needed to deliver and secure the service: IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and timestamps, kept in server logs.
• Within the application, an audit log of changes made by users (who changed what, and when).

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and secure the Rovexis application.
• To answer questions, prepare walkthroughs and provide support.
• To set up and administer customer accounts.
• To send service messages, such as changes to these terms or notices about the service.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Sharing

We share information only with:

• Service providers that host, store, back up or deliver email for the service, bound by contract to use it only to provide their services to us.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the service.
• A successor, in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Retention

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle the request and follow up. Customer content is kept for the duration of the customer’s account. After an account ends, we provide an export on request and delete customer content within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep it.

6. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and role-based permissions to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including under the Colorado Privacy Act and other U.S. state laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, write to contact@rovexisllc.com. We will verify the request and respond within the time required by law. If your information was entered into Rovexis by your employer or a customer of ours, we may refer your request to that organization.

8. Children

Rovexis is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes are announced on this page and, for customers, by email.
